1. Terms of Service
By activating a RestroBiz subscription plan, you agree to access features under your specific package limits (e.g. branch caps, staff accounts limit). All plans are billed on recurring monthly or annual periods.
2. DPDP Act 2023 Compliance
RestroBiz enforces strict isolated schema separations. Customer billing data (including phone numbers collected tableside for WhatsApp invoices) is stored within secure Indian servers. We do not sell user metadata or diner transaction histories to aggregators.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When cancelled, billing ceases at the end of the current invoice term. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial monthly terms.
